VeCrear team built an arduino based modbus interface to capture the energy readings at the configured frequency. Temperature sensors along the refrigeration units monitored the temperature and controlled the status of the refrigeration units. The temperature data was correlated with the energy consumption and fed to data analysis engines in Europe for advanced research in smart cooling. A Sierra module provided black haul connectivity through cellular or sat link to upload the real time data into the cloud infrastructure
