This product was specifically created for India’s leading telco for the uptake of their broadband services. The Smart Home kit comprising of a Smart Gateway, a surveillance camera, a door open sensor, an almirah sensor, a butane sensor and a leakage stopper provides the basic smart home set up for a typical urban Indian home.

The project involved selecting the most optimal devices and gateway components to build the solution. The Hardware and Component experts at VeCrear worked with the Embedded team to select the right vendors for this. Cost, maintenance & serviceability, ease of commissioning and compatibility with the feature requirements were amongst the various considerations that are considered while selecting the devices. The Embedded team also developed the Smart Router features like Parental Control, Bandwidth sharing, Bandwidth prioritisation.

VeCrear developed the backend, the mobile application and the gateway software to configure, control and monitor the IoT devices. The software included Alert and Notification based on the event configurations of the devices.
