This highly customised Project Control System was developed for a large US Oil & Natural Gas company. The client had tried several leading process management software products but failed at creating the workflows and capabilities they needed to manage Capital and Maintenance projects. These large maintenance or installation projects involve thousands of staff, vendors and partners and require multi-levels of approval based of different criteria

The Java/nodejs backend, tiered data storage, work flows and React UI were are designed after detailed consultation and workshops by the Industry expert with the technical teams. The dashboards and charts were custom made to give high level overview and drill down capabilities based on the user’s hierarchy in the organisation
