Fault Management
This high level concept of an end to end automated Fault Management System was developed for a Middle Eastern Telecom company that was looking at totally revamping the infrastructure with AI adoption
This comprehensive Fault Management system included scheduler, load managers, forecasters and integration with ticketing, inventory management, leave management systems etc to predict the Fault Management workloads and plan resource allocations for the same in a fully automated system. The proposal incorporated detailed selection of ready software as well as algorithms and software to be developed to implement the end to end solution. An ambitious evolution of this solution was to integrate IoT sensors and monitors to continuously monitor the health of all the active and passive components under the Fault Management purview and apply predictive analytics to project failure potentials and hence inventory requirements
